I wasn’t always confident

I first entered the therapy field in 2015. I was shy, reserved, and unsure of myself. Resorting to playing it safe, I allowed myself to play it small and live in the shadows of others.

As I began to go through my own therapy journey, I discovered who I was outside of my upbringing and past experiences. The journey of self-discovery led me to open up Empower You Solutions in 2020.

I now help women across the globe discover their true authentic selves through a deeply fulfilling journey of self-discovery, self-love and authenticity.

I am now the most confident I’ve ever been in my life. It is my hope that I can help you on your journey to discover your most confident and authentic self.

I have completed years of training in Person Centered therapy and motivational interviewing. I continue researching innovative techniques and treatments to help clients make the changes they want to make.

My most recent training has been Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This therapy differs significantly from other treatment approaches, in that it deals with over control. People with over control often exhibited emotional expression; hyper-detailed focus and overly cautious behavior.

My approach is highly personalized, integrating innovative, evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve powerful change. Modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy and Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
